Frequently asked questions

How do you price your work?

We offer a variety of pricing structures. We try to give a fixed rate on most jobs and also offer hourly rates. All our prices on our estimates are ballparks since no two properties are alike and sometimes unforseen obstacles arise. Especially involving landscaping. We offer FREE no obligation estimates.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically when a customer contacts us wanting an estimate, we will arrange a time to meet and look at the property. We can then figure up an estimate and answer any questions the customer may have. Also, many times with general mowing services, we can simply pull up the customers property data and give an instant estimate over the phone. With lawn mowing estimates, they are usually very accurate. However, depending on the actual condition of the yard it could vary slightly once we actually see the property. We offer estimates FREE of charge.

If the customer decides to accept the estimate and start services. We will need to have a credit or debit card put on file, and we will only charge the card after each service is completed. This eliminates paper invoicing, stamps, writing checks, and a lot of wasted time on both the customers and our end.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have completed and received a Landscape Design Certificate from Penn Foster Education. We also have many years of actual experience.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with residential, commercial, POA's, leasing agents, and non-profits.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always try to research the provider and try to find out if they are a legit operation. Also, ask if they have General Liability Insurance for your protection. Finally, check for reviews on the provider.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What are the details of my project? What plant varieties or materials would I like used? What is my budget for this project? How often am I needing service?
